As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you’ll be at the core of the delivery team. You will work closely with clients to shape, optimize, and scale their operations through intelligent and well-crafted NetSuite solutions.
This is a role where insight meets influence. You will collaborate with senior colleagues, operate in focused two-week sprints, and have the freedom to drive your own areas while working with clients across diverse industries.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine technical focus with advisory work and have the opportunity to drive projects and solutions from concept to delivery.

Your main tasks include:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and support
• Analyse business needs and translate them into effective NetSuite configurations
• Configure, optimise, and continuously refine system processes
• Lead workshops, train users, and provide strategic guidance
• Collaborate with developers on integrations and customised solutions
• Support new implementations as well as long-term client success
• Drive delivery within agile sprint cycles focused on quality and clarity

Din profil

You likely recognise yourself in the following:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, IT, or a related field
• Experience as a NetSuite functional consultant, super user, or consultant within another major ERP
• 3+ years of experience in key process areas (Finance, CRM, Inventory, PSA, or similar)
• Strong business acumen and a process-oriented mindset
• Professional fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
• A curious problem-solver and confident communicator who enjoys simplifying complexity
